from the Colonial Service, who can

with the vacancy for an Assistant

Apothecary, Medical Department,

Hong Kong. The re are, however,

two other names to mention.

H.E. Co mes was seconded from the

Navy as Wardmaster, Medical Dept.,

Somaliland, from 1923 until 1931

when he had to leave on re tirement

on pension from the Navy. Staff

Sergeant F. E. Welch was on secondment

from the R. A.M.C. as a Dispenser

in the Medical Dept., Kenya, from

1926 until 1931, when his post was

abolished and he reverted to the R.A.M.C.

Both have applied for further employment,

and I enclose their Promotions files in

case you haven't full particulars of

them.
